Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how hosted checkout purchases, credit grants, in-app research access, and charge disputes are handled on Pulse Deck.

Before payment confirmation

If a hosted Lemon Squeezy checkout has not yet been paid, you can close it without completing the purchase or contact support if an incorrect checkout was generated.

After credits are granted

Once credits have been granted or protected research has been unlocked, refunds are generally limited unless law requires otherwise or the payment was duplicated or processed incorrectly.

Used credits and accessed content

Credits already used to unlock research files, result-library access, watch alerts, desk access, or dossiers may be reversed only where the underlying payment is canceled, reversed, or confirmed to be abusive.

Chargebacks and abuse

Fraudulent or reversed payments may lead to credit reversal, access suspension, or account restriction while the case is reviewed.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy overrides non-waivable consumer rights that apply under the laws governing your purchase.
